I wanted to write to you in appreciation of all the effort and wonderful customer service provided to me in the below rental.
You and the team have facilitated all our requests. Your staff graciously met us at the airports both on arrival and departure and ensured i knew how to use the car and also to ensure i took all my belongings! Formosa is the best company by far and I am extremely pleased in using your services.
The car was also in perfect new condition and also it had an english gps which is what i needed given i do not read or write chinese!
