You must present your valid ID, passport, Alien Resident Certificate, and driver license (local driver license or international driver license which is permitted in Taiwan). And a major credit card in the same name. |

.Payment & deposit : the estimated cost of the rental plus NT$10,000 is payable at the time of taking delivery. Final adjustment will be made on completion of the rental. Cash and majors credit cards accepted. |

Compulsory insurance included. Cover: injury for each person: max. NT$200,000
Death for each person: max. NT$1,400,000 Some compulsory’s can even void in certain circumstances. |

Collision damage insurance(CDI) is available at your option. Rate : 1500cc and under NT$300/day or NT$6,300/month 1500cc above NT$400/day or NT$8,400/month Coverage: 3rd party property max. NT$500,000 per accident 3rd party injury/death max.NT$1,000,000/NT$2,000,000 Car theft: 70% of market value
Your responsibility : max. NT$10,000 deductible for each accident / damage on rental car. |

Overtime charge :
One rental day is counted as 24 hours. One-hour overtime charge is measured by 15% of daily rent.
Over 6 hours, you will be charged for one-day rent. |

.Gasoline : the car tank reading will be recorded at time of rental. Return car with the same reading or settle for the difference. |

Collection or delivery : car must be picked up and returned to Formosa Car & Truck Rentals. Unless :
